Your package if for 5 hours of service. Extra hours can be added for $100/hr. (One hour set-up / 3 hrs reception / one hour take-down)
White or Black disposable dinnerware is provided for each guest. You can choose silver or gold-colored, plastic flatware.
Only heavy-duty plastic cups are used for our park package. Clear or your color, as available.
Guaranteed to be at least 12 inches across, your colors will shine in a quality, silk floral table centerpiece. Choose napkins to coordinate.
Two microphones with speaker available for use for speeches and announcements. We have background and dance music of all genres, or you can provide your own playlists on iPod or iPhone.
An experienced crew will set up, take down and run your reception package.
Your coordinators will work with you every step of the way to coordinate your reception package. Nancy and Lisa will work with your vendors to ensure proper setup location and timing. They will make announcements using the sound system for your grand entrance, first dance, and other special moments. Ask them about all of your options at your complimentary consultation.

San Tan Weddings is truly your most affordable option for a colorful, stress-free wedding reception.
We specialize in Park and Backyard weddings but will travel and host venue, camping, four wheeling, equestrian and themed weddings for the same package price plus mileage.

PAYMENTS: Non-refundable retainer is required to save your date Second payment is due upon signing of the contract, not more than 90 days after your complimentary consultation/save the date or 30 days prior to your wedding date, whichever comes first. Remaining balance (plus mileage and extra guest charges) is due two weeks before the wedding date

We do not assist you in setting-up or taking-down any of your own equipment or decorations - including but not limited to signs, lights, bows, candles, food etc. We do not arrange photos, gifts, guestbook, bubbles, fans, etc. We do not restrict you from bringing anything to your package that you would like. We do not haul your catering or decorating trash.
