 The San Tan Wedding's $900 Ceremony Package is truly your most affordable option for a wonderful, colorful, complete wedding.


We specialize in Park and Backyard weddings but will travel and do venue, outback, camping, four wheeling, equestrian and fantasy themed weddings for the same $900 plus mileage ($2/mile more than 30 miles from San Tan Valley, AZ)


 

Equipment and Decor provided by STW

  • Officiant / Vows - Customized - simple to elaborate
  • Package Coordinator
  • Sound system -  with microphones
  • Music before, during and after ceremony - Mine or yours on IPOD, IPHONE, IPAD
  • Photos - INCLUDES PHOTOGRAPHY! The Photos are YOURS. No hidden costs. ***
  • Bouquets (1 bride's and up to 6 maid's) - artificial - loaned to you for ceremony.
  • Veil  - as needed on loan
  • Ring bearer's pillow - choice of two - on loan.
  • 50 cupcakes
  • Cupcake Tower  / Cupcake table with linens
  • Lemonade  and Water Service
  • Drink Table / Linens
  • Napkins / Cups / Ice
  • Refreshment service
  • Set-up / Take Down / Clean-up (Our cup & napkin trash removal)
  • Three hours of ceremony and mingle time - $100 for each additional hour.
  • Up to 50 people ($10 ea. additional guest for chair, cupcake and drinks)

 

WEDDING DAY SERVICE:

  • Up to 5 hours of service on your wedding day at the venue (1 hr set-up, 3 hrs wedding ceremony/ mingle, 1 hr breakdown and cleanup) 
  • COORDINATOR will be available by telephone during the entire wedding day to keep you apprised of STW activities and service
  • STW will arrive at a public venue (e.g. Park) and ensure tidiness and suitability within reason (light trash removal, sweeping, raking etc.)
  • Check any items necessary to properly conduct the ceremony
  •  Interact with Officiant and any of your other vendors as needed
  •  Manage STW equipment & decor at the ceremony site 
  • Run rehearsal, if desired, one hour before the ceremony
  • Properly line up processional & cue music
  • Coordinate entertainment and all announcements/events during contracted time (i.e. cake cutting, bouquet toss, first dance, father/daughter dance etc.)
  • Take photographs throughout the entire event. Photos will be uploaded to Walgreen's.com and will be downloaded to a thumb drive if you provide me with a thumb drive before the wedding. (5GB + please)
  • Play mingle music / processional / recessional / first dance / father&daughter, mother&son / reception music
  • Remind bridal party of time needed for posed wedding pictures
  • Oversee drink dispensers and cupcake display (see equipment provided by STW)
  • Break down all STW equipment and decor
  • Remove our trash - not responsible for your decorating/food/catering trash.
  • Police the area, rake if  necessary  

    *** Photos are delivered to Walgreen's or you can provide a thumbdrive (5G+ please) and a self-addressed, stamped envelope. They belong to you without restriction or further cost. Photo release provided. All photos on this site were taken by me, Nancy, the photographer.


* Music can be mine or provided by you on IPOD, IPHONE, IPAD.

PAYMENTS: 


$200 non-refundable deposit is required to save your date


$250 more is due upon signing of  the contract, not more than 90 days after your complimentary consultation/save the date or 30 days prior to your wedding date, whichever comes first.


$450 (plus mileage and extra guest charges), the balance of the contract, is due two weeks before the wedding 


Not responsible for weather.

Disclaimer - Important!
We do not become involved in your same-site reception except to serve the package refreshments and take photos in your contracted time. We are glad to allow you to use the ceremony chairs for the reception during your contracted time. We do not provide guest tables, guest linens, centerpieces, catering, cakes etc. We do not assist you in setting-up or taking-down any of your own equipment or decorations - including but not limited to signs, lights, bows, candles, linens, food etc.  I do not arrange photos, gifts, guest book, bubbles, fans etc.  We do not restrict you from bringing anything to your package that you would like. We do not haul your catering or decorating trash, just the napkins and cups used for the refreshment service.
